His current work, with its blend of architectural styles, reflects the city’s evolving character and his fascination with its dramatic contrasts.
“What I find incredible is the UK weather, the weather reflected on the wall, those grey marks, that strong red from the brick, that to me is Birmingham.” Daniel is captivated by Birmingham’s architectural diversity, describing it as “bizarre, eclectic, even exotic” and expresses his love for the city’s dramatic flair: “I absolutely love the drama of Birmingham.”
